Our Electronic Discovery Project Managers first step is to assist with identifying the data universe as it pertains to your case. The data universe can be your organizations, or the oppositions. Once the data universe has been identified, we then capture the electronic stored information and then prepare the data for processing. Data can reside on Mail Servers, File Servers, Desktop, Notebook Computers or Backup Tapes. Regardless where the data is stored, or in what format we can process the data.

The data is then filtered based on keywords, date ranges, phrases, email addresses, phone numbers, names, or any other information important to the case. The information can be de-duplicated to reduce the size of data that will be reviewed by your organization or the opposition.
