Now that the data is collected and it’s time
to produce the data in a format the other side has
requested. It can either be produced in its native
format, or formatted so it can be loaded into one
of the popular litigation review software tools.
In order to accomplish this task you can either perform
the work in house or hire an outside company to process
the data. If your organization decides to process
the data in house, expensive software and hardware
will be required to perform the work. Or you can
hire a company with these tools, and experience place
to manage the processing. If time and accuracy are
of a premium then an outside vendor would likely
be your best choice.
